My name is Rose-Ann, mother of five, Legal Counsel by profession, and ready to help you.
I have a degree in pharmaceutics from Utrecht University in The Netherlands, worked for many years as a cake artist before switching careers, and later studied Law at the University of Aruba.
Today, I work full-time as a Legal Counsel, doing what I love most: helping people.
Alongside my professional work, I decided to start my own company to assist others, in a more informal, relaxed, and approachable way.
That’s how Legallica was born.
My goal is to make the law accessible to everyone, no matter your background, status, or language.
Law is already complicated enough, imagine trying to defend yourself in another language, and then having to pay a fortune on top of that!
No worries, I got ya.
I speak Papiamento, Dutch, English, and Spanish (and a bit of French, though that one’s a little rusty).
My role is to help you solve your legal problems before they reach court, to prevent things from going too far, and to explain your rights in simple, clear language so you can make the best decision for yourself, at a fair price.
